Bankruptcy no. 15/2022 Court of Vicenza
Given that the Procedure received an irrevocable purchase offer for an amount equal to Euro 30,000.00, plus legal charges and in addition to the sales commissions due to abilio S.p.a. relating to the Company compendium referred to in the Single Lot - ASTA 7433;
On 27/06/2023 at 11:00 the telematic sale will be held in synchronous telematic mode on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it of the following assets belonging to the corporate compendium of the aforementioned Bankruptcy:
- movable assets instrumental to the exercise of the activity,
- goodwill,
- licenses,
- 1 registered movable property,
- 10 employment contracts which will be transferred to the successful tenderer subject to trade union agreement,
of a bankrupt company whose corporate purpose is the sandblasting, deburring and turning of cast iron and other metal castings.
It should be noted that the corporate activity is exercised in premises not owned by the bankruptcy and granted in accordance with the lease contract in the name of the current tenant of the company.
In addition, the company compendium is granted for the right enjoyment of the 3-year company lease contract expiring on February 28, 2023 for which the Procedure has already communicated the termination upon expiry. The right of pre-emption for the purchase of the aforementioned Company is not recognized to the Leasing Company.
Base auction price Euro30,000.00
Minimum raise of Euro 2,000.00
Abilio will take care of setting up and managing a Virtual Data Room aimed at uploading confidential documents for the goods on sale. Access will be permitted only after signing a non-disclosure agreement, to be sent signed and accompanied by the required documents. To this end, interested parties must send a request by certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com.
