URGENT NOTICE
Dr. Patrizia Santonocito, with office in via Battaglia n.71/B, Albignasego (PD), as Curator of the judicial liquidation n. 49/2024,
COMMUNICATES THE CANCELLATION
of the tender experiment relating to the Business Complex referred to in the Single Lot - Auction n. 8622 scheduled for 12/12/2024 from 11:00 and following on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it.
It is specified that any offers submitted will therefore not be considered valid.

PUT FOR SALE
the following assets forming part of the company compendium of the aforementioned Procedure:
- Equipment instrumental to the exercise of the activity;
- Goodwill;
- Inventories;
- Licenses
of a company specialized in the retail trade of medical-health and orthopedic items and equipment.
It should be noted that the company operated through two local units strategically located near the main hospital facilities in Padua and Abano Terme (PD). The activity was carried out within properties owned by third parties by virtue of rental agreements that have now been terminated.
Therefore, the successful tenderer, if he deems it appropriate, may take action to reach a new lease agreement.
The successful tenderer is advised that, if he does not intend to continue the activity within the aforementioned premises, he must guarantee the vacating of the same with the relative collection of the goods present therein, no later than 30 days from the deed of transfer.
- Starting bid price: Euro 137,000.00
- Minimum bid increase in the tender: Euro 5,000.00
MIXED SYNCHRONOUS TELEMATIC PROCEDURE
(possibility of receiving offers with both telematic and analog methods, pursuant to art. 22 of Ministerial Decree 32/2015)
on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it
The tender may be attended by those who, alternatively, have submitted their offer with the methods referred to in point A (offer with telematic methods) or in point B (offer with analog method).
The telematic purchase offers must be received by the presenters of the offer no later than 12:00 on 11/12/2024.
The auction will take place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on 12/12/2024 from 11:00 and following hours.
The bidder who has formulated the offer by analogy, on the day set for the sale, is required to appear at the office of Dr. Patrizia Santonocito in Via Battaglia n.71/B, Albignasego (PD).
