Lot Description

Bankruptcy no. 132/2021 Court of Padova
The Bankruptcy owns a business complex consisting of a supermarket whose object is the retail trade of foodstuffs and gastronomic products in general located near the historic center.

The Official Receiver has received an irrevocable purchase offer secured for the company complex. Therefore, the Official Receiver, authorized to do so by the Delegated Judge on 6 June 2022, promotes a competitive procedure with increasing bids with an auction base of € 100,000.00.

The company is currently in provisional operation pursuant to art. 104 L.F. ordered by the Court of Padua at the request of the Legal Receiver.

Expressions of interest must reach the Legal Receiver or the company Neprix S.r.l. within and no later than Monday 28 February 2022.

The documentation concerning the company will be made available to interested parties after signing a confidentiality commitment on the text that will be sent by the Curator.

The supermarket is located in the central area of Piove di Sacco (Padua) in via Michiel 5.

The location is excellent as Via Michiel is a through street, but above all because in front of the supermarket there is a square used for free parking with about 250 parking spaces.

The entrance for the public, on via Michiel 5, is made up of seven large windows and two of these have sliding entrance and exit doors.

The entrance for suppliers is instead located in the back of Via Puniga, where the goods are unloaded, which are then stored in the warehouse in the basement using a freight elevator.

The supermarket is on two levels:
- on the ground floor there is the sales area whose surface is about 615 square meters.

Marketed products: fruit and vegetables; cheeses and cured meats, meats, take-away ready meals, wines and spirits in general.

It should be noted that the butchery department, with meat processing by expert staff as well as the ready-to-go takeaway department and the salami and cheese counter are displayed in display cases, both refrigerated and not, with a total length of about 20 linear meters.
 
- on the lower floor there is:
- the large warehouse with a useful area of ??over 300 square meters. in which there are storage shelves, 4 cold rooms for perishable products and 2 Frigoveneta SPA refrigeration units (one of 14Kw and the other of 26 Kw).
- changing rooms. These are 2 separate rooms for men / women, equipped with lockers for staff.
- Toilet. there are 4 bathrooms plus a shower. On the upper floor of the supermarket there is a bathroom for the disabled.

The staff working in the store is made up of 10 units.

The point of sale, due to its centralized position with respect to the historic center and the quality and selection of the products marketed, is aimed at qualified customers who are looking for quality and not just price.
