It should be noted that the real estate lease contract referred to in letter c) has been canceled and it will therefore end on 30 September 2022, while the company lease contract has a contractual duration until 31 July 2023 (unless canceled by registered mail a.r. to be given with at least 90 days' notice, which the procedure will send following the signing of the notarial deed of sale).
In order to allow interested parties to carry out a due diligence of the company, the Liquidator has prepared a specific Data Room - which can be consulted remotely via the Web via a link that will be communicated by the Liquidator - containing the attached documents cited in the notice. .
Access to the Data Room by potential interested parties will be mandatory for participation in the competitive procedure and will be allowed only to subjects duly authorized by the Liquidator after signing the Confidentiality Agreement, which will be sent by the Liquidator at the request of the interested party (to be formulated via pec at
7.2020@pec-gestorecrisi.it).
