Lot Description

The bankruptcy sales the following assets that are part of the company complex 

Car wash plant located in Cavallino (Le), at S.S. 16, PIP Zone Section "A", identified as Single Lot and composed as follows:

A. Full ownership of the 1000/1000 share of the self-service car wash system, consisting of an area on which the entire system and related movable and immovable property is developed, and in detail:

A.1. Area of ​​land on which the entire plant stands, extending a total of approx. 3,785 approximately, located in the Municipality of Cavallino (Le) S.S. 16 PIP Area Section "A", with asphalt finish, some trees in the maneuvering area and perimeter hedge placed as delimitation of the lot. Identified in the Cadastre buildings on sheet 12, cadastral map 502, subordinate 4, zone cens. 1, category D / 7, € 2,176.00 annuity.

A.2. Various systems constituting the self-service car wash, namely:

A.2.a. Self-service high-pressure washing system consisting of 4 lanes, 3 of which are covered and an open penguin model green technology M - 340 - 36 complete with SL-CW PLUS coin mechanism, Serial Number 00474 PVL.5.11 year 2011

A.2.b. High pressure brush portal model TK EVOLUTION 25.5

A.2.c. Touch Free high pressure system (brushless HP) PQD Laser jet

A.2.d. 4 double self-service workstations for the finishing areas (consisting of vacuum cleaners, leather squeezers) covered by a metal structure and green cloth

A.2.e. Technical room

A.2.f. Interior washes instrumentation

A.2.g. Column distributor for the "black tires" service

A.2.h. High pressure washing system with brushes mod. M NEX 22 H 2.30 (4PE6007217, N ° 170504-MNM00508034 year 2017)

A.2.i. Internal washing system and bi-spray complete with n. 1 Microel brand washing start mod. SL-CW plus I with buttons, n. 1 air compressor dedicated to the operation of the 200 liter 4 Ph portal, n. 1 bi-spray black perfume erasers with electromagnetic pump, n. 1 three-phase interior washer complete with coin mechanism and accessories

A.2.l. Cover with metal structure and green cloth to protect the areas reserved for internal washing.

The aforementioned assets (constituting the business complex) are owned by a bankrupt company whose object is the exercise of the car wash plant activity and today exercised by third parties by virtue of a business lease agreement which provides for early termination with prior notice of days 60 which, in case of adjudication, will be communicated to the tenant by the Curatela.

The systems indicated above in A.2.h (high pressure washing Mod. M’NEX 22 H 2.30) and in A.2.i. (interior washes and bi-spray tires complete with n.1 start washing Microel brand mod SL-CW Plus 1 with buttons, n.1 air compressor dedicated to the operation of the 200 lt 4 HP portal, n.1 bi-spray black perfume rubbers with electromagnetic pump, 1 three-phase interior washer complete with electronic coin mechanism, accessories) are the subject of a financial lease agreement no. 01011704/001 Omissis (grantor) with residual capital, as of 01.08.2020, of € 23,698.54.

The costs associated with the possible disassembly of the systems described above and located on the underlying land area will be borne by the successful bidder.

All credits and debts accrued prior to the transfer date are excluded from the sale of the Company.
