Sale in a single lot of:
- business unit organized for the exercise of the wholesale and retail trade of clothing and packaging items, perfumery, costume jewelery, leather etc. carried out at the commercial establishments of Reggio Calabria, Corso Garibaldi, n. 178 and n. 50-52, consisting of employees, machinery, movable assets, plants, contracts and other assets, rights and relationships better specified in the appraisal. It should be noted that the business complex is currently rented by the company LG3 Retail S.r.l. by virtue of a 6-month bridging lease.
It is also specified that in the event of the company being awarded (to third parties), the contract may be terminated at the simple request of the Curator to that effect, even before the natural expiry of the contract.
- shareholding equal to 99% of the share capital of the tenant of the business branch LG3 Retail S.r.l. (Tax Code 02800720803) with registered office in Milan (MI) via Goffredo Mameli, n. 10 and local unit in Reggio Calabria, Corso Garibaldi, n. 51-53.
It is specified that:
- The procedure received on January 18, 2021 an irrevocable purchase offer for the company branch and the share of Lot 1 at a price of € 200,000.00 plus charges;
- the Procedure intends to launch a sales experiment, setting the irrevocable purchase offer received as the base price, the procedures for which are regulated in the Notice of sale;
