JUDICIAL LIQUIDATION PROCEDURE N. 33/2023

On April 15, 2025, from 11:00 to 13:00, the asynchronous telematic sale will be held on the portal www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it, under the conditions described below, of the following asset:

SINGLE LOT – AUCTION 8957: Sale of a business, operating in the production and marketing of ice lollies, ice creams and semi-finished products for ice creams and for the food industry.

The company owns a used isothermal van with license plate FE006AG registered on 05/11/2016.

A company rental agreement dated 04/26/2023 is pending. With said agreement, the Company in Judicial Liquidation has granted a lease to the current business in Cremosano (CR) in Via dei Tigli n. 5/7, concerning the complex of assets organized for the exercise of the activity of production and trade of ice lollies, ice creams, semi-finished products for ice creams and for the food industry, frozen and similar products, as well as road transport on behalf of third parties;

The duration of the aforementioned business rental agreement has been set at 24 months starting from 04.26.2023

The rent was agreed by the parties at € 2,000.00 plus VAT per month and is, as of the date of this document, regularly paid by the lessee.

It should be noted that the business rental agreement expiring on 04.26.2025 will be terminated early if the company were to be purchased by a party other than the current lessee.

We also inform you that a real estate lease agreement is pending, functional and accessory to the lease agreement for the business unit: the lease agreement for the property was signed on 02.05.2023, with a duration of 6 years (first contractual expiry date 01.05.2029) with an annual rent of € 24,000.00 + VAT, regularly paid.

We also inform you that the warehouse located in Cremosano (CR), in Via Dei Tigli n. 5-7 is currently the subject of a commercial lease and for sale on the portal www.quimmo.it with advertisement card n. 24131.

Base auction price: € 74,900.00

Minimum auction increase: € 1,000.00

ASYNCHRONOUS TELEMATIC SALE PROCEDURE

The electronic offer is considered deposited when the receipt complete with delivery is generated by the certified email manager of the Ministry of Justice

The asynchronous auction takes place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on 04/15/2025 from 11:00 and following and will last two hours, unless further bids are submitted.
