The company operates in the field of G.D.O for the food retail trade.
All interested parties who meet the requirements of these Regulations are invited to formalize their binding irrevocable offer (the Binding Offer) for the purchase of the whole or part of the Sale perimeter (the Offer Perimeter) pursuant to art. 63 of Legislative Decree 270/1999 in accordance with the methods and timing indicated in the specification.
Those who have sent the "Expression of Interest" form and the "Confidentiality Commitment" form to the Commissioner with a special pec at i1.2020catania@pecamministrazionestraordinaria.it will be allowed to carry out the Due Diligence by entering a data room (the "Data Room")
The points sold are located in Sicily
The subjects admitted to the sale procedure will have a deadline to submit their binding offer until 18.00 on 29 July 2021.
