LOT 1 AUCTION 8724: Branch of the company located in Aprilia Via Nettunense N. 247 having as its object the assembly, assembly and testing of electronic, electrical and electromechanical equipment, as well as the construction and processing of mechanical components in general;
It should be noted that the company is currently rented and the contract expires with the award.
It is specified that there are 7 employees whose employment relationships are regulated by art. 17 of the rental agreement:
With reference to said employment relationships, the parties expressly agree that the charges relating to the TFR, the accrued holidays and permits accrued up to the date of this deed and the accrued thirteenth month's salary, remain the responsibility of the granting party who will provide for the relative payment, indemnifying the lessee from any obligation and/or claim arising for any reason from said previous employment relationships (including for compensation for damages), not only towards third parties (employees or other persons) but also towards the institutions responsible for said employment relationships. The granting party also declares that there are no trade union disputes in progress as of today and/or requests for payment of charges, indemnities or rights towards employees, former employees, collaborators or others.”
