The business unit is essentially made up of:
approximately 900 contracts with end-user customers purchasing gas;
and the following assets (including intangible assets) and of secondary importance compared to the customer package mentioned above:
garbage web-app reading management, creation of the company website, garbage web-gas module software and one-off software for invoicing;
n. 5 new electric bikes;
PCs and accessories, PCs and accessories;
n. 4 Gigaset c530 phone and comp;
apple Iphone xsm 256gb.
Auction starting price: € 300,000.00
Minimum raise: € 10,000.00
ASYNCHRONOUS TELEMATIC SALES PROCEDURE

The electronic offers must be received by the presenters of the offer no later than 12:00 on 21/10/2024 by sending them to the PEC address of the Ministry amministrazionepvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using exclusively the pre-compiled form available within the ministerial portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it. The electronic offer is considered deposited when the receipt is generated complete with delivery by the certified email manager of the Ministry of Justice
The asynchronous auction takes place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on 22/10/2024 from 09:00 am onwards and will last two hours, unless further bids are submitted.
