The activity carried out by the company is the manufacture of objects in iron, copper and other metals. Furthermore, the same also carries out the activity of working and transforming the glass also for the purpose of installation in the related fixtures.
In accordance with art. 2471, paragraph 3, of the Civil Code, and in compliance with the provisions of the statutes of the individual companies regarding the right of first refusal of the shareholders, the Curator will notify the investee companies, as well as the shareholders, of the outcome of the auction.
