The share capital of the company is Eur 30.000,00 fully paid up.
It is noted that a pre-emptive clause is present in the company's memorandum of incorporation. The eventual awarding will therefore be considered provisional as it is subordinated to the possible exercise of the right of pre-emption on the part of the entitled persons.
