Sale in compliance with art 107 co.1 L.F.
Business unit lease of the company "ONDA BLU di Moncer Fakhri in Judicial Administration", with headquarters in Mazara del Vallo (TP), whose business object is the activity of "Restaurant-Pizzeria".

The rental company, object of competitive bidding, is made up of the capital goods indicated in the pdf "Inventario dei beni" to be considered an integral part of this sales notice.

Lot sold as is. Some quantities could not correspond. We suggest an inspection on site.

Inventories are not the subject of the rental of the company and the tenant will be obliged to purchase the entire warehouse of raw materials and products present in the company at the date of signing the contract and at the purchase value indicated in the company inventory register.

The restaurant has about 120 seats

Goods sold in body and not to measure; some quantities may not correspond; A site inspection is recommended.

Starting price of the auction: € 6.300

Offers for amounts below the aforementioned auction base will be considered valid and effective, but up to a limit of 25% of the auction base price.
