RENTAL OF COMPANY F.LLI ROSCIGLIONE SRL
Competitive tender for the lease of a company of the bankrupt company F.LLI ROSCIGLIONE SRL, with headquarters in Carini (PA) whose business object is the activity of production and wholesale trade of pastry and food products.
The company subject to competitive bidding consists of the following goods all indicated in the inventory report and in the realestate and company valuation reports to be considered an integral part of this notice. These appraisals can be viewed by accessing the VDR of this site. In order to be able to access, you must sign a special confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement which can be downloaded from the sales documentation section.
The registered trademark of the bankrupt company will also be rented and can therefore be used to carry out the activity.
The inventories are not the object of the company rent and the tenant will be obliged by contract to purchase the entire warehouse of raw materials and packaging present in the company at the date of signing the contract and at the purchase value indicated in the company inventory register.
The annual rental price to be considered as an auction is set at 105,000.00 euros (one hundred and fifty thousand euros) plus VAT.
Offers for amounts lower than the aforementioned auction base will be considered valid and effective, but up to a limit of 25% of the auction base price.
The tenant's right of first refusal is excluded.
