Sale pursuant to art. 107 co.1 L.F.


Rental of the company branch called LA PERLA located in Castel Volturno (CE)

The hotel structure has over 50 rooms, restaurant, bar, kitchen, garden.

The company has no ongoing employee employment relationships. Previous credits and debts which will remain with the bankruptcy trustee will not be included in the company lease that will be stipulated with the Receivership.

Base auction price: €60,000.00 plus VAT

The company rental contract will have a duration of 3 years from the date of signing with the possibility of an annual extension, unless cancellation is communicated at least 30 days before expiry, upon payment of an annual rent of €60,000.00 plus VAT, with assumption of the costs for the necessary works to be attributed to partial payment of the annual rent (€60,000.00).

At the three-year expiry, there will be an automatic annual extension unless canceled by the Trustee within thirty days before the expiry.
