Rental of a business branch of a company subject to preventive seizure, having as its corporate purpose the activity of a solarium with a seasonal refreshment point. The business unit subject to the competitive tender consists of the following assets:

- compendium of assets constituting a solarium with refreshment point, called "Lido Baia del Conte" located in the Municipality of Mazara del Vallo (TP), built on a stretch of the Lungomare Mazzini beach (F.M. n.233 - parcel n.1149 ), with access from the aforementioned seafront.
- Movable assets and equipment placed at the service of the aforementioned branch, better described in the inventory.
- The company under judicial administration is equipped with State Concession of the Sicilian Region n.141 issued on 07/11/2017, for a large area of 1,226.15 m2 and building permit n.26/U dated 12/04 /2018. In relation to this permit, an administrative dispute is pending before the Sicily TAR with the Municipality of Mazara Del Vallo which, with provision n.37/U of 02/11/2019, revoked the permit in question; the effectiveness of this last provision was suspended by the same body, for the entire duration of the dispute, with managerial resolution n.405 of 04/29/2019.
- The company has also been authorized annually, with specific provisions of the Competent Authority, and for the summer period (May-September), to carry out evenings of live music, dancing entertainment and DJs, in compliance with the law and the regulations in force on the matter and under the conditions established from time to time by the granting Authority

The award made at auction will be considered definitive only and exclusively following authorization and confirmation of its finality by the Procedure Bodies.
