that the bankruptcy in question intends to receive offers for "leasing the company" called Linea Legno s.r.l. and for the related appraisal contract relating to the goods that make up the company warehouse under the conditions specified below:

DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY COMPENDIUM

The contract will concern the company called Linea Legno srl, in the factual and legal consistency in which it is currently located, consisting of the complex of assets organized for the exercise of the woodworking activity for the production of fixtures and elements furniture consisting of the assets indicated below and better identified in the documentation published on the website www.industrialdiscount.it:

REAL ESTATE:

- building used as an industrial factory, with adjoining exclusive courtyard, located in Baragiano (PZ) in the industrial area without a house number, located on the ground floor;
- building used as an industrial factory, with an adjoining courtyard, located in Balvano (PZ) in the Balvano industrial area without a house number, spread over two ground and first floors. In non-compliant company;
- building used as an industrial factory located in Balvano (PZ) in the Balvano industrial area without house number, located on the ground floor. In non-compliant company;
- building used as an electrical substation serving the industrial complex described above located in Balvano (PZ) in the Balvano industrial area without a house number, located on the ground floor. In non-compliant company.
- Properties received by the bankrupt company by virtue of the following titles: the original parcels 143 (current 233 subordinate 1 and 2 and 234) of sheet 10 of the Municipality of Balvano and 1017 (current 1324) of sheet 10 of the Municipality of Baragiano received just deed of sale for notar Simone repertory 41332 of November 29, 2000 transcribed in Potenza on December 5, 2000 at numbers 16486/12774 by the Consortium of November 29, 2000 transcribed in Potenza on December 5, 2000 at numbers 16486/12774 by the Consortium for industrial development of the province of Potenza to the same received by virtue of the decree of the same received by virtue of the transfer decree of 21 July 1998 repertory 2122 of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Crafts transcribed in Potenza on 28 April 1999 under numbers 5815/4678.
