It will be the responsibility of the successful bidder of each lot to move the vehicles that hinder the collection of the awarded lot, once the awarded lot has been released, it will also be the responsibility of the successful bidder to reposition the moved vehicles to their original location. The costs of these operations will be borne exclusively by the successful bidder.

Neprix cannot guarantee nor define a deadline for the car practice conclusion, as the sale of the vehicle is linked to a Legal Procedure.
