The activity carried out is that of leasing real estate consisting specifically of a real estate complex, composed of industrial and artisan warehouses, located in Capocolle di Bertinoro and held under leasing on the basis of contract no. 375921 stipulated on 07 April 2004 with the company Ubi Leasing S.p.a. The share capital of the company is equal to €100,000.00, fully approved and subscribed and paid up.
