Lot Description

The machinery being sold is new from the factory, but never used to change the type of production, it was purchased for the production of pvc granules for different uses ranging from the rubber sector for coating electrical cables to pvc pipes, components for the automotive sector. , food industry, furniture sector, agricultural sector. It can work both flexible and rigid PVC, the hourly production varies from Kg. 550 to Kg. 700 per hour depending on the type of production and colors.

1) - n. ° 2 - Feeding system for PVC powders and calcium carbonate filler
                through stainless steel pipes through silos (not included) for
                productions in large quantities or with bag shredders (for small
                special productions or samples).
2) - No. 2 - Three-phase turbine aspirators of Kv. 2.
3) - n. ° 1-Ladder for feeding to the mezzanine in painted steel where the
               turbo mixer:
4) - n. ° 1-Turbo mixer with automatic opening brand Industrie Generali,
                ABB motors from Kv. 115 Volt 400, with ABB inverter drive housed
               in the control and drive panel.
5) - n. ° 1 - Industrie Generali brand cooler, with automatic opening
              Pneumatics, reducer and motor brand ABB from Kv. 15 Volt. 400.
6) - n. ° 1-Motorized feeding auger from the cooler to the extruder, e
               motorized stainless steel funnel for forced feeding adjustable extruder.
7) - n. ° 1-Coorotating twin screw extruder brand Industrie Generali, with screws and shirt brand Nokia
                Mailefeer ABB motors from Kv.55, with hydraulic sliding carriage of
               barrel for facilitating cleaning and maintenance operations.
8) - n. ° 2- Vacuum gauges.
9) - n. ° 1-Complete degassing system.
10) -n. ° -Motorized cutter for cutting the product on the head, adjustable brand
               General Industries.
11) - n. ° 1-Cooler and screen with cyclone.
12) - n. ° 2-Suspended bagging machine for big bags of Kg. 1500/2000 Big Beg.
13) - No. 1 - Control panel and activation of the mixing and selection system for PVC recipes.
14) -n. ° 1- Control panel and turbo mixer, cooler, extruder and transport drive
                granules and degassing
