NOTICE OF COMPETITIVE PROCEDURE FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS EX. ART. 163 BIS L.F.
Production real estate compendium for sale located in Santa Maria di Sala (VE), in via Noalese n.160. This is a production complex previously used for the production of wooden furniture components, consisting of a set of buildings and artifacts built in different eras starting from 1969.
Any removal of all external technological systems, steel silos, hoppers, dryers, suction system pipes, external dryers, boilers, glue tanks and of diesel fuel tanks and office furniture.

- Canopies / warehouses: 4.014 sqm

The completion of the competitive procedure is set for 10 September at 11.00 am, before the Delegated Judge Dr. Martina Gasparini, at the Court of Venice, Rialto Headquarters, San Polo 119, Venice.
Participants must submit their irrevocable offer by 12.00 on the day before the date set for the hearing, at the office of the judicial commissioner, Dr. Maria Sandra Tiozzo Bastianello located in Chioggia (Ve) Viale Verona, 7.
The opening of the envelopes and the conduct of the tender will take place before the Delegated Judge, on the day set for the examination of the offers and the tender in the event of participation of several bidders.
