INVITATION TO SUBMIT IRREVOCABLE PURCHASE OFFERS
Dr. Luca Rossi with office in Via Mazzini n. 70 in Lucca (LU), Curator of the Procedure indicated in the epigraph,
INFORMS
of the sale of the following property:
Auction 8658 - Pro-soluto transfer of tax credits for construction pursuant to art. 121 Legislative Decree n. 34/2020 deriving from renovation bonuses, tax code 7716.
Nominal value of the credit € 66,190.00
Value of the offers: it will also be possible to submit offers of an amount lower than that indicated above; in any case, the Procedure reserves the right to examine the offer, evaluate its appropriateness and the opportunity to proceed with the competitive sale.
It is specified that in the event that valid offers are received, the Curator, subject to approval by the Procedure Bodies, will proceed to call an auction experiment having as the base selling price the value of the highest irrevocable offer received.
Those interested in submitting offers, after having validly registered on the website www.industrialdiscount.it, must send an irrevocable purchase offer, by 12:00 on 06/12/2024, using one of the following alternative methods:
• in a sealed envelope, by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt or by hand to be delivered without fail to the headquarters of Abilio S.p.a. in via G. Galilei n. 6, 48018 Faenza (RA);
• via PEC communication to the address asset.om@pec.abilio.com. Please note that, in the event of sending the offer via PEC, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the PEC message must necessarily be signed with a digital signature.
The Procedure will prepare and manage a Virtual Data Room for the purpose of uploading confidential documents relating to the goods for sale. The Data Room allows access to additional documentation in addition to that uploaded to the portal www.industrialdiscount.it to those interested in purchasing. This access will be permitted exclusively upon signing a non-disclosure agreement, to be sent signed and accompanied by the requested documents to the certified email address of Abilio S.p.a. For this purpose, interested parties must send a request via PEC communication to the address asset.om@pec.abilio.com.
