Lot Description

Photovoltaic systems of 813,12 KWp, inverter Siemens Sinvert 850 MS, functioning and in good general condition, located on the roof of a commercial property, equipped with a remote-controlled video surveillance system, incentivized under the Energy Bill (IV C.E.) with tariff received following the reformulation pursuant to Legislative Decree 91/2014 (incentive spreaders) of 0.302 (opt. C) € / KWh, date of entry into operation 06/2011, end date of agreement 06/2031.

The plant is located in Arzano (NA).

After having validly registered on the website www.industrialdiscount.it, those interested in submitting offers must send them by registered letter, even by hand, to the office of Notary Dr. Fabio Orlandi in via Ludovisi 35, Rome 00187, within and no later than 12:00 on 30/09/2020 an irrevocable purchase offer.

The irrevocable purchase offer can also be sent via PEC to the address fabio.orlandi@postacertificata.notariato.it

The irrevocable offer to purchase will not be less than 25% of the base price sold.
