Lot Description

ADVERTISING
Creditors Agreement no.48/2013 of the Court of Vicenza. 

Lot composed by photovoltaic plant of Le Castelare Srl company.

Photovoltaic plant for the production of elecrical energy, with support structures, cables and conduits, C.C/C.A. conversion unit, interface panel and energy metr and composed of 40 SUNTECH panels, model STP245S-20WD for a total power of 98,98 kWp; the photovoltaic modules are connected directly to each other in series, divided into 7 fields connected directly by one inverter each; the strings are connected to the inverters.

The solar pavement on which the photovoltaic system is built is not stacked separately from the building. The owners of the building have therefore undertaken to stipulate, with the future winner of the photovoltaic plant, a special lease contract for an annual rent of Euro 1,400.00 plus VAT.


AUCTION BASE PRICE: Euro 166.500,00 plus VAT, price determined on the basis of the improvement offer received pursuant to art. 107 L.F. 

The offers must received within 12.00 pm on 17th December 2018 in a sealed envelope. The delivery of the envelope with the offer must be received by hand at the office of the Jedicial commissioneer, Dr. Giorgio Baschirotto.

The opening of the envelopes will take place on 18th December 2018 at 12.00 at the Judicial Commissioner's office.
