The transfer of the trademark property will be done through an authenticated private writing. All costs for the transfer of the property and for the new registration to the Public Register of the Press held at the Palermo Tribunal shall be borne by the successful tenderer. The successful tenderer must be in possession of the subjective requirements of the Press Law (Law 8.02.1948, No. 47) to obtain registration.
