The patents relate to the invention of an eccentric capital for decks and modular structures, in this case modular car parks with quick assembly and disassembly, suitable for being positioned at the head of the columns arranged along the separation between the carriageway and the stalls to allow of these columns in a rearward position with respect to the node element in which the beams converge, thus obtaining a greater distance between the columns themselves in order to increase the comfort and ease of maneuvering of the user.
