In order to participate in the auction it is necessary:
- register on the website www.industrialdiscount.com following the instructions indicated therein;
- send their irrevocable purchase offer no later than 11/15/2021 at 3.00 pm at the headquarters of neprix s.r.l. in via G. Galilei n.6, 48018, Faenza (RA), by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by Pec to the address salesoperations.neprix@pec.illimity.com - make a payment for an amount equal to 10% of the offered price, as a deposit by bank transfer.
The Curator reserves the right to accept the best offer without giving rise to a tender procedure or further competition between the bidders. Any acceptance will be considered as a provisional award.
