Lot consisting of 2 outdoor area specified as follows:
- 1 right side gazebo with windows approx 20x4 mt, with entrance tunnel with windows approx. 5x2,5x2,8 mt;
- n.1 left side gazebo with windows approx. 20x4 mt, with entrance tunnel with windows approx. 5x2,5x2,8 mt
It should be noted that following the photographic inspection carried out in September 2023, the two outdoor area were dismantled and transferred to the Property's warehouse.
Lot sold as is. Some quantities could not correspond. We suggest an inspection on site.
NOTES FOR COLLECTION:
- maximum time for collection activities to take place from the agreed day: 1 day;
- we inform you that the handling and loading activities of the goods offered for sale will be carried out by the company's staff present on site. The cost for these activities will be borne by the successful tenderer and will be approx. €2,000.00 plus VAT, to be paid directly to the company that will carry out the operations.
Following the award, Industrial Discount s.r.l. will provide all the details for the payment of this amount.
