Bankruptcy n. 103/2017 FARMACIA INTERNAZIONALE SNC DI COZZA G. & LAMONICA A.
Sale of the company complex "Farmacia Internazionale" based in Via Marsala n.1 / A in Bologna and in particular by:
a) The right to operate the pharmacy;
b) The commercial company in connection with that right to exercise
c) The furniture, equipment, fiscal meter, computers, movable property and legal equipment existing in the pharmacy, in the state of fact and law in which they are currently located in addition to the entire stock of medicines;
d) any other right, concession, license, authorization, authorization, permit and any other act of consent, however named, connected with the operation of the pharmacy;
e) The business complex will be transferred together with all employment contracts
The starting price for the whole complex is equal to 700.000 euro
Each bidder, except the bankrupt and all the subjects by law not admitted to the sale, must deposit before 12 noon on the last non-holiday day preceding that of sales, at the Coordination Office for executive, bankruptcy and delegated division procedures to the notaries the Court of Bologna, together with the application for the stamp to participate in the auction, the receipt of payment of a sum equal to 20% of the price proposed by him as deposit
For the sale, the irrevocable purchase offer must be deposited in a sealed envelope at the coordination office for real estate executions delegated to notaries located at the Court of Bologna, Via Farini n. 1;
The sale is scheduled for 26/07/2018 at 10.30.
The auction will be held a the cour of Bologna in Tassinari classroom at the Municiplaity of Bologna Piazza Maggiore 6 in Bologna and will partecipate all bidders that have occurred are interested in purchasing the assets.
