Credit assignment for a total of Euro 3,228,271.10 (three million two hundred and twenty-eight thousand two hundred and seventy-one/10 Euros) claimed by the Procedure against the treasury with tax codes 6925, 6926, 7705 and 7711 not traceable and 7708, 7711, 7716, 7718 and 7719 traceable, years reference 2024 / 2033, as present on the credit transfer platform (non-traceable and traceable credit monitoring section), specifying that this is a non-recourse transfer of tax credits, promptly listed at the bottom of this specification and notice of sale.
Base auction price: Euro 1,940,000.00 (one million nine hundred and forty thousand Euros)
Minimum raise in the race: Euro 5,000.00 (five thousand Euros/00)

The electronic offers must be received by the presenters of the offer no later than 12:00 on 29/07/2024 by sending them to the PEC address of the Ministry offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using exclusively the pre-compiled form available within the ministerial portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it. The electronic offer is considered deposited when the receipt is generated complete with delivery by the certified email manager of the Ministry of Justice
The asynchronous auction takes place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on 30/07/2024 from 11:00 am onwards and will last two hours, unless further bids are submitted.

The Procedure will take care of preparing and managing a Virtual Data Room aimed at uploading confidential documents relating to the goods for sale. The Data Room allows access to additional documentation compared to that uploaded on the www.industrialdiscount.it portal to parties interested in purchasing the lot. This access will be permitted exclusively upon signing a non-disclosure agreement, to be sent signed and accompanied by the required documents to the certified email address of Abilio S.p.a.
For this purpose, interested parties must send a request via certified email to asset.om@bilio.pec.com.
