It is hereby announced that the following lot is made up of non-CE compliant goods, in accordance with the relevant EU directives.

THE AWARD OF LOT IS SUBJECT TO THE DECISION OF THE CURATION

 The subject that at the end of the race will be awarded one or more goods not in accordance with the CE, will be required to send, no later than 48 hours from the close of the auction, to the address gianfabio.diele@itauction.it i documents indicated in the specific sales conditions.

In case of failure to send the aforementioned documentation within the indicated deadlines, the bidder will automatically be considered lapsed and the procedure will be entitled to forfeit the deposit paid for the purposes of participation as a penalty. The defaulting bidder will also be deleted from the portal, with the impossibility of participating in new auctions.
