The person who, at the end of the bidding process, is awarded one or more lots included in this auction (provided that the award value is equal to or greater than € 10,000.00) shall be required to send a PEC, no later than 48 hours after the closing of the auction, to the e-mail address abilio@pec.illimity.com: please refer to the specific conditions of sale and withdrawal attached.
The car agency Effe in Faenza will manage the car practices about this vehicle. In order to verify the final amount regarding the car practice, please download “Listino prezzi pratiche auto" from the documentation area.
Abilio cannot guarantee nor define a deadline for the car practice conclusion, as the sale of the vehicle is linked to a Legal Procedure.
Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).

Please note that the EFFE agency will only take care of the registration of the motorbike at the PRA. In order to register the motorcycle at the MCTC, the successful bidder must go to the MCTC of its province to test the motorcycle, thus registering the technical data at the MCTC.
