Business compendium including movable assets and equipment related to the business of an I.D.C. located in the countryside of the Municipality of Salemi in via Marsala – S.S. 187 km 750- registered in the NCEU sheet 81 parcel 662. Within the area there are legitimate buildings, according to Building Permit no. 113.
The business compendium is equipped with a concession relating to the storage of mineral oils D.D.864 of 23/06/2008 for a total of 35 cubic meters (diesel, unleaded petrol) in addition to oils in sealed packages.
The area where the business compendium is located is burdened by various constraints.
The I.D.C. appears to have been authorized, with D.D.864 of 23/06/2008 by the Industry Department Regional Industry Department, for a total capacity of 35 cubic meters divided as follows:
- N.1 multi-dispenser with 6 dispensers of which n. 4 dispensers for diesel and n. 2 dispensers for super unleaded petrol connected:
a) N. 2 diesel connected to n. 1 tank of 10 cubic meters;
N. 2 diesel connected to n. 1 tank of 5 cubic meters;
N. 2 unleaded petrol connected to n. 1 tank of 10 cubic meters;
- N.1 multi-dispenser with 6 dispensers of which n. 4 dispensers for unleaded petrol and n. 2 diesel dispensers connected:
b) N. 2 unleaded petrol connected to n. 1 tank of 10 cubic meters referred to in letter a);
No. 2 unleaded petrol connected to no. 1 tank of 10 cubic meters;
No. 2 diesel connected to no. 1 tank of 10 cubic meters referred to in letter a;
For a total of 35 cubic meters, to which must be added:
c) no. 1 tank for waste oils but 2 cubic meters;
d) self-service and pre-pay equipment for the products sold.
The surface rights present on sheet 81, parcel 662 are not the subject of this sale
It should also be noted that there is a lease agreement for a branch of the business in place, the consideration for which amounts to an annual amount of € 25,460.77
WHEREAS
- the Trustees have received an irrevocable purchase offer secured by a guarantee for an amount of € 130,000.00 plus legal charges and plus the sales commissions due to Abilio S.p.a. relating to the Company Complex referred to in Lot 1 - Auction no. 8751;
- the Procedure intends to start a sales experiment, setting the received purchase offer as the starting price of the auction, the methods of which are regulated by this notice of sale
Starting price of the auction: € 130,000.00
Minimum offer € 97,500.00
Following the final award, it will be the responsibility of the successful tenderer to carry out all the bureaucratic procedures, prescribed by the legislation in force, necessary for the performance of the business activity referred to in the company transfer, with exemption from any liability and expenses in favor of the Bodies of the Procedure.

The electronic offer is considered deposited when the complete receipt of delivery is generated by the certified email manager of the Ministry of Justice.
