- Shockwave Dual Power - Therapy Station, Winform brand, WFENDO3 series, serial number 1154ED3, construction date 2018;
- Laser therapy device - Hightherapy 5 Chronic, Winform brand, Win | T2 series, serial number WL2396, construction date 2018.

DETAILS

- The CE marking with the relative certificates is affixed to the three machines examined.
- The use and maintenance manuals are not available;
- It is not possible to establish whether the equipment is still functioning.
- The machines in the conditions in which they were inspected have not undergone verifiable interventions.
- The machinery having not undergone constructive modifications, manipulations or
interventions to circumvent the verifiable safety devices are in the original conditions envisaged by the manufacturer and therefore a new certification procedure is not necessary.
