- We inform you that the lot offered for sale has several critical issues that require, before the sale, the adaptation to the essential safety requirements with the attestation of conformity with CE markings. Read carefully the specific conditions of sale and collection.
- The use and maintenance manuals and the CE mark are not present. These are mechanical work equipment dating back to the 70s and 80s that do not comply with the EU legislation on the safety of machinery at work. Therefore, the judicial sale of the non-compliant goods to be used within the European Community may be carried out after bringing the minimum safety devices into compliance and only following the restoration of the minimum safety devices by filing, at the end of the intervention, "Certification of the adjustment ". The adaptation interventions must be carried out by specialized companies that can prove their competence, also by means of specific registration with the C.C.I.A.A. Likewise, in the event of scrapping, the sale can only be carried out upon production of the “Formulario” certificate of destruction. An on-site inspection is recommended.
