Offset printing plate making line brand Samor model Linea Due serial no. 2007-001 year 2002

LINE SOLD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER

Large line for the production of aluminum plates used in printing machines field . The length of the line is approx 130 meters, width is approx 8 meters and the height is approx 10 meters . This line allows the continuous production of plates with a production rate of about 20 meters / min . The line is divisible into two parts , the first part defined the "wet zone " where the aluminum strip undergoes several steps in several tanks for the preparation of the foil . The second area is defined " dry part " and refers to the part in which  the sheet is varnished, dried, controlled, cut into sheets and stacked. There are several installations for the circulation of the liquid in the tanks, for liquids cleaning and for the treatment of the smoke produced during the various stages of processing.

• N° 3 Stakers, consiting of n.3 staking platforms located underneath the main staker

• N° 2 MCQUAY Conditioned liquid cooling unit (7 X 4 X 6 meters) located outside the warehouse. Model: WHS 379.3 ST serial number: 0V0 – 09097/1 and 0V0 – 09097/2 Year: 2007. Equipped with n.3 compressors each. Brand: EDILZI mod: PRD.7.5-C-4

• N° 1 Acid steam treatment unit for wet zone, consisting of a big vacuum system for acid steam recover.
