Lot Description

Judicial liquidation n. 8/2023

was entrusted to Abilio S.p.A. the management of the operations for identifying the tenant with whom to conclude the lease contract for the company called "Tramps", in the factual and legal consistency in which it currently exists, and consisting of the set of assets organized for the exercise of the bar - restaurant - pizzeria business consisting of the assets summarily indicated below and better identified in the appraisals attached to the procedure documents which can be found in the documentation published on the website www.industrialdiscount.it.

It is specified that:

- LEASE OF THE "TRAMPS" BRANDED COMPANY consisting of the complex of rights, legal relationships and assets (tangible and intangible) aimed at carrying out the "Tramps" bar-restaurant-pizzeria business located on site in the Municipality of Bellaria-Igea Marina via Publio Cornelio Tacitus n. 5.

- The basic auction fee, as per estimates in the deeds, for the rent of the company is set at €. 17,750.00 (seventeen thousand, seven hundred and fifty/00) plus legal charges.The offer cannot be less than a quarter of the minimum rent

- the building, plant, machinery, equipment, furnishings, sign, etc. are part of the company, all as identified and described in the appraisals in the procedure documents and attached to this call for tenders, to be understood here to be fully recalled. The company is leased without employees and/or collaborators in charge.

- the lease will have a duration from the date of completion of the public deed (with simultaneous delivery of the company compendium) until 15 January 2024 with no possibility of extension.
