BASIC PRICE: € 31,000.00 over charges, as annual fee.
It is hereby acknowledged that an irrevocable offer was received for the purchase of the Company Branch for a total value of € 30,000.00, the price offered cannot be less than € 31,000.00 (equal to the price best offer at the hands of the Procedure plus a minimum raise).
