The sale will take place at the office of the Liquidator Dr. Fabrizio Chiappa located in Senigallia (AN), Via Nicola Abbagnano n. 10.
Offers up to 1/4 lower than the base price as determined above and therefore not lower than € 36,060.00 (thirty-six thousand sixty / 00) will be considered valid.
It should be noted that:
- This sale of movable property in bulk, as it also consists of goods falling within the category "agricultural vehicles", is addressed exclusively to the subjects indicated in the Notice of sale.
- Furthermore, the participation of subjects who, for purposes related to the sale, intend to export movable property registered with the PRA abroad is precluded.
- The remuneration for assistance in the sale of movable property, to be paid in favor of Neprix s.r.l. is the sole responsibility of the successful bidder and will be equal to 10% of the award value plus € 3,000.00 for the supervision of the collection of the goods, all plus legal VAT.
