Lot Description

Lot consisting of n. 2 complete kitchens for catering with cold rooms and dining room furniture including:

- tables and crockery,
- tablecloths and accessories for mise en place,
- sink,
- Lainox gas oven and Fimar leavening oven,
- slicers,

and so on.

Goods sold as is and not to measure. Some quantities may not match. An on-site inspection is recommended.

REPORTS
- the cellar shelving with glasses and plates on it is not part of the sale.
- the extractor hood of the kitchen on the ground floor is not part of the sale.
- the extractor hoods have no motor.
- All food and drinks are declared expired or close to expiry;

SALES NOTES
- the successful tenderer will have to dispose of it.


WITHDRAWAL NOTES
- maximum time for collection activities to take place from the agreed day: 8 days
- it is recommended to have the following means for collection: arge van (no trucks and no road tractors) storage trolley for stairs, personnel for disassembly, loading and unloading of goods.
- the properties are located both in the basement and on the first floor accessible only by stairs. narrow driveway access and it is not possible to arrive with lorries or road tractors."
