The electronic offers must be received by the presenters of the offer no later than 12:00 on 10/03/2024 by sending them to the PEC address of the Ministry offertapvp.dgsia@giustiziacert.it, using exclusively the pre-compiled form available within the ministerial portal http://venditepubbliche.giustizia.it. The electronic offer is considered deposited when the receipt is generated complete with delivery by the certified email manager of the Ministry of Justice
The asynchronous auction takes place on the website www.venditegiudiziarieitalia.it on 10/04/2024 from 10:00 am onwards and will last two hours, unless further bids are submitted.

The awarding of auction no. 8126 relating to lots merged into a block, will be considered to prevail over the awards of individual lots, which will therefore be considered with reservation.
