Juice production plant consisting of:
- electrical panel and software for managing the entire production cycle,
- multivalve head for recall of product to be mixed,
- n. 4 tanks on legs with load cells for mixing,
- n. 1 washing and sanitizing plant serving the Sordi s.p.a. mixing tanks,
- n. 2 small tanks serving degassing systems,
- n. 2 degassers, n. 2 uth Alfa-Laval product sterilization lines,
- n. 1 Westphalian-Miro Soavi brand homogenization plants,
- n. 1 cip washing and sanitizing system of the entire production line automatically managed by the software company Sorsi s.p.a. all the electrical panels serving the systems are present.
The production plant is able to work with two liter packers and 4 packers of 200cl 250 cl.
