The car agency Effe in Faenza will manage the car practices relating to assets no. 1-2-3-4-6-7-8-9-10-11-12. In order to verify the final amount regarding the car practice, please download “Listino prezzi pratiche auto" from the documentation area.
Abilio cannot guarantee nor define a deadline for the car practice conclusion, as the sale of the vehicle is linked to a Legal Procedure.
Please note: Users who intend to export abroad, are not allowed to bid for lots registered in the Italian Public Register for Automobiles (i.e. P.R.A.).
With regard to assets 5-15-16-17-18, the successful tenderer and the Procedure must independently proceed to make arrangements for the handling of the paperwork for the registration/demolition of such vehicles. All costs and verification of changes in registration will be borne by the successful tenderer. Nothing may be requested from Abilio Spa as compensation for damages in the event of failure to register/demolish such assets.
