Italplant's anodic oxidation and brightening plant for surface treatment of aluminum parts. The plants are currently dismantled. The lot includes: n.3 Italplant current rectifiers (disassembled), n.3 power exchangers and n.1 Free Al Italplant Heat Exchange Group (dismantled) In the batch there are pictures of the plant when it was mounted. The plant is composed of:
- oxidation section: group of n.21 tanks made of carpentry, carbon steel and stainless steel for carrying out degreasing, satining, oxidation and fixing operations and subsequent rinsing operations. All tanks have the same depth of 1,800 mm and length 8,000 mm while varying in width depending on the surface treatment phase;
- brilliant section: n.3 wash basins, sizes 1800x1000x4000mm. Further technical documentation is available on request.
