In order to access the documents stored in the Virtual Data Room, you must register for free on the website www.industrialdiscount.it and it is necessary to sign the Confidentiality Agreement available in the annexes of this page, which must be sent to the address itauction@pec.it.it together with copy of the identity document of the interested party and Visura (the latter not necessary in the case of a natural person).

On 2 July 2020, at 9.00 am, the Legal Receiver will proceed to verify the certified mails containing the irrevocable purchase offers.
It Auction will apply a commission of 1,5% of the credit transfer price.
