EXPRESSION OF INTEREST IN RENTING A BUSINESS BRANCH
USED AS A SUPERMARKET WITH ASSISTED DEPARTMENTS
IN THE BELICITTA' SHOPPING CENTER
The Board of Directors of Grigoli Distribuzione Srl - with registered office in Castelvetrano (TP) in Via Caduti di Nassirya snc VAT number 01169990817, a company operating in the real estate sector, specialized in the marketing of business branches used for the retail sale of food and non-food products, and of the local units located inside the Belicittà Shopping Center in Castelvetrano (TP) whose shares equal to 100% of the share capital and the complex of company assets subject to definitive confiscation in the context of proceeding no. 12243/06 R.N.R DDA,
INVITES
to express interest in the management - with a multi-year business rental contract - of the business branch used as a supermarket equipped with assisted departments delicatessen, butcher, fishmonger, delicatessen, fruit and vegetables, dedicated warehouse, licenses and equipment, currently operating and open to the public, located inside the Belicittà Shopping Center in Castelvetrano (TP) on the ground floor (local unit "A" sq. m. 1,631.80).
The expressions of interest, complete with the following:
- updated Chamber of Commerce certificate,
- anti-mafia self-certification (attached form),
- brief presentation of the company with an indication of the points of sale managed,
- sign
must be received by 15.10.2024 (by 2:00 p.m.), by certified email to the address:

It remains understood that the transmission of such expressions of interest by the offering companies does not imply any commitment to the signing of the rental contract, the consequent appropriate assessments of the case must be carried out.
