INVITATION TO OFFER

The undersigned Dr. Maria Rachele Perrozzi (hereinafter Professional), with office in Vasto (CH) Via Magnacervo n. 33, as Curator of the procedure in question, invites you to submit by 14/02/2025 at 12.00, purchase offers secured by the movable assets owned by the aforementioned procedure and indicated below:

AUCTION 8264: Inventories of electrical material and equipment (please refer to the PDF Lot 2 of the documentation section to view the complete list of goods included in this lot)

Lot consisting of inventories of electrical material for industrial plants and equipment such as:
- switches,
- sheaths,
- cables,
- junction boxes,
- ducts,
- workshop tools,
- power tools,
- shelves,
- tool trolley
and so on.

Lot sold as is. Some quantities could not correspond.

REPORTS:
- the goods are used
- the electrical material partly comes from the removal of industrial or civil plants from the site
- access to the warehouse is limited due to the size of the openings.

NOTES FOR COLLECTION:
- maximum time for collection activities to take place from the agreed day: 1 day
- it is recommended to have the following means for collection: pallet trucks, boxes or other containers, any tools for dismantling shelves


Base price: €3,000.00 plus VAT as required by law


To submit an irrevocable purchase offer, you must:
a) register on the website www.industrialdiscount.it following the instructions indicated therein;
b) send your irrevocable purchase offer no later than 12:00 p.m. on 02/14/2025 to Abilio S.p.A. via certified email to asset.om@pec.abilio.com. Please note that, in the event of sending the offer via certified email, the documentation sent as an attachment and contained within the certified email must be necessarily signed with a digital signature;
The subject of the certified email must exclusively contain the wording “Judicial Settlement 2/2023, Court of Vasto, auction offer no. 8264”, without any other additional information.
