the Extraordinary Commissioners of Blutec S.p.a. in A.S. give public notice and invite all interested parties who meet the requirements of these Regulations ("Interested Subjects") to formalize their irrevocable, binding offer for the purchase of the property located in Tito Scalo (PZ). map 13 parcel 592 sub 4, as well as the "presses" as better identified below.

The Procedure offers for sale the entire property of Tito Scalo (PZ) map sheet 13 parcel 592 sub 4 as well as 5 press lines or presses as better identified;

a. Property; For further details, please refer to the advertising sheet published on the www.quimmo.it portal at the following link: Sheet no. 18504
b. Presses:
b1) Weingarten press line consisting of 5 partially non-functioning sockets;
b2) Innocenti Press;
b3) Benelli press;
b4) Tecnopress presses;
b5) Piovan press;

The Offers must be delivered, under penalty of exclusion, by the peremptory deadline of 12:00 on 30 September 2022 ("Offer Deadline") in paper form at the office of the notary Igor Genghini, in Rome viale Liegi 42.

The Interested Parties who have made a request for access to the Virtual Data Room, already set up and made available by the Procedure, containing information relating to the aforementioned real estate and movable assets, may submit an Offer, in accordance with these Rules.
