PROVISIONAL AWARDING
The definitive award of each property offered for sale will be subject to the authorization subsequently issued by the Court of Palermo - Prevention Measures Section.
SALES NOTES
- The person who has won one or more goods at the end of the tender will be required to send, no later than 48 hours after the end of the auction, to aftersales@industrialdiscount.com, the documents indicated in the Specific Conditions of sale and collection. The definitive award can only take place after the authorization of the procedural bodies
- it is specified that movable property, including those registered in public registers, with the exception of the cases referred to in paragraphs 12 and 12 bis art. 48 of the Legislative Decree. 159/2011, may be intended for sale, with a ban on further sale for a period of no less than one year, or destroyed
