Provided with use and maintenance manual and plate.
From the information contained in the expertise (09/06/2020), based on the checks carried out and the information received, one of the two lathes was used regularly and was subject to periodic maintenance until the cessation of the activity, while the second machine it had been abandoned for some time or had to be subjected to extraordinary maintenance.
Machinery prior to the entry into force of the "first Machinery Directive", the D.P.R. 459/96 (currently repealed by Legislative Decree no. 17/2010), therefore it has not been subjected to the CE marking procedure.
The subject who at the end of the tender has won one or more goods referred to in lots from no. 20 to no. 39 will be required to send, within and no later than 48 hours after the auction close, to the address report@neprix.com, the documents indicated in the tender regulations.
